Spinning:
On Spinner bikes, riders experience a challenging, exhilarating and fun workout. Knowledgeable and inspiring Certified Spinning Instructors — the core of Spinning — ensure riders enjoy the journey. Instructors guide participants through workout phases. Warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose.  Constant adjustment is normal.  Stationary bikes have toe clips so you can wear tennis shoes.  But many pedals also work with Shimano-style SPD cleats.

Pilates / PUSH Pilates:
Pilates is a form of strength and flexibility training that can be done by someone at any level of fitness. The exercises can also be adapted for people who have limited movement or who use wheel chairs. It is an engaging excercise program that people want to do.
