I became a personal trainer and fitness instructor to help improve the quality of life of others. We are built to move and be active and I believe everyone should have some athletic ability to take on whatever life may throw them. My goal is to help you be ready for whatever is thrown your way. Whether you want to be more active for your kids, lose some weight, build strength, or get rid of a chronic ailment, I am here to hold you accountable and teach you how to achieve and maintain your fitness goals.

Itzely Pauly:

I was born and raised in Mexico City until I was 27.
I have 3 daughters and after the birth of my last baby, I reached 254 lbs.
In 2013 I decided to change my life around and live a healthy life. I started going to the gym and eating right.
I lost 100 lbs and I began lifting weights.   I then decided to become a personal trainer.
I wanted to show people that with dedication and discipline nothing is impossible.
I lead boot camp classes, abs and glutes classes and train clients in one on one sessions. I also practice Brazilian jiu jitsu. I received my Personal Trainer certification through ISAA.
I love what I do, and I love seeing people grow and changing their lives.
I am here to inspire and help you to reach your goals.

Scott Shelton:

I began my journey into the fitness world at the age of 16 in my garage with some second hand weight equipment my father bought for me. Once I started lifting I was hooked ever since. As I got older I began training at Twin Wolves MMA in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai. That’s when everything really came together and I decided I wanted to persue a career as a personal trainer. Since I began I have trained 100s of people and developed some great relationships with some really awesome people. Its nice to work in an environment that allows you to better peoples lives.
